LSP - Fusion Center Incident Reporting System
The LSP - IRS(Incident Reporting System) was probably one of the largest enterprise level applications I implemented. Unfortunately, I can only provide a snapshot of the application since it is a proprietary application owned by the State Police.
This development team consisted of a senior database administrator and myself. Since it was a small team, I was able to participate in the 3 tiers of the application architecture.
The presentation tier was created using CSS, XHTML, Photoshop, and ASP.NET Master Pages. All aspects of the presentation layer were created from scratch. Also, I created the middle tier to handle all the
business rules associated with the agency. This includes a unique workflow algorithm that allows the registered user's to disseminate the incident information back and forth in a user friendly manner.
The underlying data layer was created by the system administrator, but I assisted in developing a large array of stored procedures and tables along the way.
